The surface is alive with broad, interlocking shapes of intense orange that press against one another across the entire field. Cooler blues and soft whites thread between them, sometimes cutting clean edges and sometimes dissolving into the warmer ground. The paint sits thick in places, catching light along raised ridges, while thinner passages let earlier colors show through in quiet undercurrents of green and muted red.

From a distance the composition moves as one continuous pulse of color, the orange holding the eye while the cooler notes keep the surface from settling. Closer in, the individual forms begin to separate: rounded masses, sharp interruptions, small white accents that seem to float just above the denser passages. The texture shifts under changing light, so the same area can feel solid and substantial one moment and almost open the next.
